New ReviewerIn November I called Hibu wanting ads in Charleston, wv and Logan, wv they put the ad in Charleston but only like a free listing in Logan when I called them to ask them what happened of corse Melissa Melson lied and said thatโs what we agreed to . But it was not now Iโm stuck with only the local listing thatโs free anyways.
My experience has been terrible Hibu did not offer to fix their problem instead acted like she told me this but she did not I am left now paying over $300.00 a month for something I never ask them for. I will never advertise with Hibu again and I will go to all social media and let everyone know how bad Hibu has done me and how they lied to me.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
