I’ve had a very bad experience with Hibu. It’s been 7 months of me just trying to cancel. So today when I called to cancel after being on hold for A total of 13 minutes, I was put on hold three times, I was told that the cancellation department is in a meeting and I would need to call back . Are you kidding me! Avoid this company!
